I believe that if a person or organization is not driven with a passion for excellence, that person or organization will surely be run over by time and change. The world today is as competitive as never before. It is survival of the fittest out there. Any person or concerned about his professional future must realize this. Individuals as well as organizations are fiercely waging a battle against each other for top positions. Today, each person is faced with a hard decision - is he going to remain relevant and in the running or will be be pushed to the wayside? To avoid painful obsolescence, he must strive for professional excellence.
