One which is inevitable is change. People, Society and most organizations change whose main purpose is for the betterment of everyone who are involve. In an organization, modifying the current Organizational design would lead to a big change from the top management to the rank and pile. This would include Organizational Change management which includes processes and tools for managing the people side of the change at an organizational level. It uses a structured approach to effectively transition groups or organizations through change. Along with such change, the management has to look also into Performance management which includes the assessment and evaluation of each employees skill. It should be carefully though off because people who are confronted by change will experience a form of culture-shock.
